Good Vacuum....for a little while

This vacuum works well....for a little while. I vacuum daily (3000 sq foot daycare). I've owned this vacuum for less than a year and I've replaced the belt 4 times. When the belt is not broken, it works really well. Picks up good, is slightly heavy (which I think makes it easier to use than the super lightweight ones.) The other problem is the cord does not wind up well. The hooks for the cord are not large enough to contain the whole cord, so I have to just hang the cord over the handle. Would I buy this vacuum again? Probably not, but it's not the worst I've ever had.
